Warranty


1, Warranty Coverage
All Luelly branded products purchased from Luelly.com is warranted for 2 Years from date of purchase. Luelly will repair or may replace, in accordance with the provisions of this warranty policy, any Luelly branded product during the duration of the warranty, if it is determined that the product has a material or manufacturer defect.


2, NOT covered under the warranty
The warranty WILL NOT cover the following;

• Misuse and Abuse
• Damage to Luelly products caused by accident.
• Attempted Repair
• Negligence after purchase

3, How can I a warranty claim initiated?
Please contact customer service at service@luelly.com. After contacting customer service, please send the purchase product in its original packaging, within 60 days, along with your receipt or certificate. We recommend shipping the product by certificate or registered mail and insuring the item for its retail value. Luelly is not responsible for damage and lost of the product during transit.
