​Luelly hopes that your shopping experience online will be as pleasant as if you were shopping in one of our stores. We promise to provide you with an experience that will make you feel confident in your purchase.

 
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at service@luelly.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returns must be emailed with your order number/copy of your receipt, name, e-mail address, and description of the problem in advance.
 

Please note that all returns must be received within 15 days of RMA issuance to Luelly Return Department. Watches must be in original condition and accompanied by original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents. We will issue a refund or exchange for most items that are returned in new and re-sellable condition without damage within 30 days from the shipped date. may be eligible for refund less shipping, handling, insurance, and 10% restocking fee.

 The buyer will be responsible for making any claims of damage including but not limited to those related to quality and specification within the first 15 days after the receipt of merchandise. We will replace all damaged merchandise for an identical item. Please email us at service@luelly.com before returning any products. If item(s) are received damaged, contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations.

Any returned item(s) that are considered defective will be inspected.  If no defect is found, the item(s) will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.  If the buyer requests a refund, the pre-paid shipping fee that was paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund along with any others fees in accordance to the Return and Exchange Policy.

Condition of Return: Any returns received without the original package are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to you without a refund. All writing must be done on the shipping boxes only. 

We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  

We are not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item to us. Returns should be sent in original packaging with receipt to:
