A business day is considered every official working day of the week including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and week-ends

U.S. Shipping Services

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the processing time to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you have chosen. 2nd day delivery means delivery in 2 business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that UPS, USPS and FedEx Service Guarantee apply only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that may occur beyond the control of UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.

Standard Process: 3 to 6 Business days

Express 2nd day U.S: 2nd day (Cut-off Times: 2p.m. PT)

Express Next day U.S.: Next day (Cut-off Times: 2p.m. PT)


Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses. Standard process deliveries may take longer up to 25 business days for AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.  Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited.

Please note: Selecting Express or Expedited process shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pick-up or delivery for next day shipping. Qualifying orders must be placed before the deadline displayed on the shipment web-page and shipped to an eligible address. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2 P.M. PT Friday via this method cannot be shipped on the weekend.

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select express or expedited Process Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Carrier schedules are subject to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to airline deliveries unavailability of, or refusal of, a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotion, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES

All prices and shipping charges are listed in U.S. currency. 
Luelly ships your packages via International Service at a flat rate of $29.95 per shipment.

Please note : International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer will be charged for these fees prior to shipment. Luelly will use best efforts to calculate these fees in advance as a convenience to our customers. However, any shortages in shipping, handling or customs duty fees after merchandise has shipped will be charged to the customer’s credit card or invoiced to the customer and will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery (C.O.D.). These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to Luelly for any reason.
